All orders complete with in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours.
If you purchase an item(s) on the weekend or holiday, we will ship the next
business day.

| Return Policy |
|
|
Fabric, lace, ribbon, piping and any other merchandise cut and sold by the yard cannot be returned except in the event of defective goods or a shipping error. No pattern, design, smocking plate, magazine or book may be returned.
If you would like to receive samples before ordering, send me an e-mail and I will be happy to send them to you. Please include the name, item number, and description of the fabric or trim that you would like along with your name and mailing address.
All other merchandise may be returned for an exchange or store credit. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your shipping date. All merchandise must be returned in original condition. We cannot credit shipping and handling charges.
If you are returning an item, please give me a call or e-mail me and let me know which items are being returned and why. |
